Hip was very nice and explained very well how the computer would be built as well as the protocols that would be happening so that he can provide me with the best PC. He also took my old PC and disposed it for me so I didn’t have to worry about it! Would recommend coming here if you need computer fixing or need a good PC built!

Very professional. I was thrilled they were able to recover 6 years of older pictures I had stored on an external harddrive. These were taken with my old camera and loaded to my laptop before cloud usage. I copied them to an external drive and then had to delete them from my lap top. Whew!

For some reason, when i got back from my trip to Tennessee, I forgot my password. Of course the one I had written down was wrong. Someone suggested H Power Computing, so I called and talked to Hip about it. Old computer, but was working fine. Took it down to him and he opened it right away. Did some checking and told me the hard drive was worn out. Had him change it and now everything is working great. Hope I don't have anymore computer problems, but if I do, I'll be taking it to him.

Hip has been a pleasure to deal with. Even when unforeseen issues arose he took care of them graciously. The first machine he built for us is still working flawlessly years later. I just ordered a new machine which should be on its way sometime later this week. I highly recommend these guys!

Pros: 1. Fast Service 2. Professional 3. Friendly Pug Cons: 1. Felt a bit pricey Overall a good experience. My computer had a loose DC jack. They were able to get it fixed on the same day. They completely cleaned my computer (inside and outside) and used putty to keep the jack in place. My computer now works great! He also educated me on what to watch for and how to handle my specific computer because it was poorly designed for longevity.

Came in for an issue about my laptop not booting up properly. The issue was diagnosed pretty quickly: my current Harddrive was 97% full and could not properly start up, my data was moved to a bigger hard drive, reinstalled a fresh copy of Windows 11, and even cleaned the laptop. My laptop was fixed very quickly after I dropped it off. Very reliable service

Hip did the impossible in finding a replacement screen for my MacBook Pro, as everyone else I called either didn't answer the phone and or didn't return my call. The only one that did return my call said that they were unable to do it. However, not only did Hip answer the call, which is rare these days, he assured me that while it would be difficult, especially concerning the shipping, he would absolutely be able to do it. Suffice it to say, H Power Computing just got a new very satisfied customer for life!!! Thank you!!!

I had an issue with my desktop graphics card after a flight from New York. They clearly explained common problems that can happen during transport, starting from installation issues, which was really helpful. The location is also very easy to access within Honolulu. The staff was kind and took the time to thoroughly explain the overall condition of my desktop and what might be causing the problem. I really appreciated the detailed and friendly service. Highly recommended!

I was dealing with CPU overheating issues, and had a damaged PC case from my move back to Oahu from the mainland. I spoke with Hip over the phone and immediately knew I was in good hands—he’s extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way. I brought my PC in for a diagnostic, and within minutes he identified the issue as a failing AIO cooler. Because my case was damaged, he moved my build into a new case, replaced the faulty AIO with a dual-fan, dual-tower air cooler (with fewer points of failure), and went the extra mile by cleaning all of the parts and optimizing the build for peak performance. It’s obvious that Hip genuinely cares about building high-quality, well-optimized PCs. The work speaks for itself. I’ll definitely be coming back for future needs and highly recommend H Power Computing to anyone who values quality and efficiency.
